We recently visited a villa in Bacolod and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and serene environment away from the city bustle. The staff were exceptional, providing prompt service and answering any questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with hotel-quality beds and pillows. The property was well-maintained, with beautiful plants and trees adding to the natural ambiance. it was a great value for money, and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
One minor drawback was that some of the showers did not produce a good amount of water, limiting our enjoyment during shower time.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and provided exceptional hospitality throughout my entire stay. Transportation was easily accessible, and the hotel's location offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. it was a wonderful experience.

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, they were always available to assist us during our Easter stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having a van available for transfers and tours, making it easier to explore the area.
There were a few issues that affected our experience. there were some cleanliness issues, such as finding a cockroach in one of the rooms and a shampoo bottle with dust or insect eggs.

The availability of a van for transfers and tours was very convenient. Plus, the property was able to accommodate our large group perfectly. The location was great, away from the noisy city but still accessible. We also enjoyed having enough kitchen equipment to use for our Christmas feast.
